Financing terms set with the lead arranger or with a very specific group of banks or investment funds, primarily within the RCC.

The position of the client in the financial market (quality and „name”) is strengthened by obtaining syndicated or club financing

Description of Syndicated Financing

Financing is provided by a group of lenders within RCC. Their counterparties are represented by a lead bank or fund. They negotiate the terms of the proposed facility with the beneficiary and secure the involvement of other underwriting banks or funds. Subsequently, mutual contractual documentation is drawn up and signed. Underwriting lenders under the RCC may partially assign their holdings to other entities. During the financing, the arranger acts on behalf of the lenders in providing services to the beneficiaries and performs subsequent administrative tasks with them.
